In support of the mission of the House of Music Hungary, within the Fringe programme launched in 2024 – announced in three categories – we provide an opportunity for emerging musicians and hobby bands at the beginning of their careers, as well as street musicians, music schools and music creation workshops to perform at various spots in the House. In the Stage Call! series, talented, up‑and‑coming musicians and hobby music groups (bands, vocal ensembles, mixed formations, etc.) at the start of their careers perform. This time, the Városminor Choir will give a concert on the Open‑air Stage.
Leonardo dreams of flying and falling, Shakespeare defies the icy winter wind, but Hawley brings spring itself, love, so that Lauridsen may be consumed by passion.
The Városminor Chamber Choir invites you on a special adventure into a playful, magical world inspired by the Renaissance. Delicate polyphonies, dance‑like melodies and catchy harmonies await us, spiced with mischievous “falalás” at this summer evening concert.
Whether it is the evergreen melodies of old masters or works by modern composers drawing from the Renaissance, every moment of the concert is about the joy of music and the play of melodies. Join us on this journey – strictly within the four wall-la-las!
