Schedule
The Dog and the Woman: Hajdúsági rock ’n’ roll from Debrecen – The Dog and the Woman are like a good slambuc: sometimes sharp, sometimes mellow, sometimes this – sometimes that.
Pancakewar: “Beavers are cool,” you remark whilst going through your post-home-arrival routine: kicking off your shoes, drinking two large glasses of water and stretching out on the kitchen floor. You’ve already gone through tomorrow’s shopping list twice before the party, so there won’t be any trouble in the morning (you’ve even jotted down the vanilla cola and the soya sauce). You can feel a bit of pressure under your ribs, probably from standing around next to the sub-chests. But it doesn’t bother you right now; at least you’re not listening to the hum of the fridge. You’ve already switched off the flickering power strip and made sure the door is properly shut (you’ve checked it three times, after all). You lie down and press your ear against the tiles. You listen to the neighbour’s TV, just in case, for once, the magic works for you too.
Akvárium
As they describe themselves, it is Budapest's most frequented venue, which is also multifunctional. Akvárium is great for award ceremonies, afternoon coffees and, most importantly, concerts, thanks to the well-picked, cross-genre selection.
