HungaroNode | TouchDesigner Budapest Meetup

2026-09-19T14:00:00.000Z

HungaroNode is the Hungarian node-based visual programming community. TDBP is the edition we built to open that up: an evening aimed at the wider region and at international guests, supported by Derivative, the makers of TouchDesigner.

We built the evening around three things that are hard to get from a tutorial: seeing how experienced artists and developers actually structure their work, watching real-time systems perform live under pressure, and meeting the people behind them.

Expect deep technical talks, fast-paced showcases, live audiovisual performances, and interactive installations scattered through the venue that you can walk up to and play with. Between blocks there is time and space to talk, which is genuinely half the point.

The whole evening runs in English, so wherever you are travelling from you can follow all of it. Your ticket covers the full programme, dinner at the venue, and a bit of TDBP merch to take home.
