A bustling communal existence, the canteens of the common night market's in Southeast Asia are all about eating, scents, noises and buzzling social life. The crew of the modern Taiwanese dining bar at Budapest, called 101BISTRO, brings the quintessence of Taiwanese bistro culture to our Mediterranean garden.
Executive chef, Áron Kelemen (Mazel Tov) and chef Márton Keve (101BISTRO) compress the Middle-Eastern and Far Eastern flavours into several plates under the trellis.
We kindly welcome You on the 30th May to our Mediterrasian pop-up dinner!
We hope, that our ventourous guests will understand and feel the so called 'nao-ness', the meaning of "hot and noisy" vibe due to this event!
Mazel Tov
Mazel Tov was created as a result of our search for the common points in our shared passion for gastronomy and culture. The idea, which was realized in 2014, was based on emphasizing the concepts we deem important: having an open mind, and the diversity of local and Mediterranean cuisine. Our ideas, the vision of having a pleasant urban garden within the historic Jewish quarter of Budapest with its special atmosphere, and to fill it with unique content, have proven to be a good path to take. Since its opening, Mazel Tov's mission has been to create an open-minded, gastronomically and culturally decisive, relaxed place that awaits you regardless of the season, from noon to night, whether it's a drink with friends, a family lunch, or a slice of Jerusalem cheese cake.
