IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF ANDY WARHOL FAMILY SCREENING WORKSHOP
In our screen printing workshop you can learn not only the basic techniques of screen printing, but also the exhibition Little Hungarian Clockology, which is the occasion of our programme. The term "cubology" refers to the typical Hungarian cubic house type, the so-called Kádár-kocka, which were typically built in the 50s and 70s of the last century and are still a dominant element of the streetscape of Hungarian villages and towns.
Schedule
In the workshop, we will print cube house motifs that will also appear in the exhibition. You can print these on a natural canvas bag provided by us, or you will have the option to print them on a t-shirt you bring, preferably white. In the workshop we will work with a traditional - stencil - screen printing process.
As stencil making requires meticulous work - the use of a sniccer - we do not recommend the programme for children under 10 years old, but even above that age we could use parental help !

Price: 2.500 Ft/person (including the natural canvas bag, the session and the entrance fee to the Little Hungarian Nerds exhibition)
Ludwig Museum
The Ludwig Museum - Museum of Contemporary Art, located in Müpa, is the first museum in Hungary to exclusively collect contemporary art.
