Orsolya Kaincz and Anna Makay's improvisation duo is the first time you can hear it.
Orsolya Kaincz works with slowly unfolding, transforming sound surfaces alternating with fragmented micro structures. Her aim is to create an atmosphere that creates an active, concentrated state for the listener. This approach also prevails in collaborations such as the acoustic-electronic improvisational trio Kamon Kardamom. His name is associated with the experimental music show Exit on Lahmacun radio, where he focuses on the intersections between conceptual and experimental music.
Anna Makay's distinctive singing is linked to both ritual forms and contemporary trends. She works in vocal improvisation, sound poetry, abstract electronics, avant-garde and 'noise music'. The duo Ma'iwa started in 2019 with Lajos Nádházi (AIWA), the result is a brainstorming of two experimental minds with sound poetry, dream noise, and different electronic genres - with lots of synthesizers.
He is also part of the AZVLM collective and event series, and produces music-based podcasts for Lahmacun radio and other platforms.
