Schedule
For pianist Kristóf Szőcs, Schubert is one of the most influential composers, regularly performing his solo, four-hand and chamber works and songs. For his doctoral dissertation, which he completed last year, he also researched the musical relationships between Schubert's stage and instrumental works. The pieces performed in the concert span the composer's various creative periods, and provide specific examples of the lyrical side of Schubert's piano works, as well as his theatrical, sacred, symphonic and folk music inspirations. The arrangement of the selected pieces and movements provides a tonal framework and thus a unique form for the programme. Fewer appearances
