Our next guest is well known not only to current DnB heads but also to representatives of older generations.

Since the rise of drum and bass in Hungary, he has been around the fire almost from the very beginning—since 1997.

He played a key role in the birth of the Bladerunnaz party series in 1999. In 1998, he made his debut with a guest mix on the legendary Tilos Rádió.

As a DJ, but mainly as an organizer, he has contributed significantly over the past decades. He played a crucial role in ensuring that our beloved broken-beat treasure remains a popular and thriving genre today.

Together with Valdi, they gave opportunities to several Hungarian DJs—many of whom are still active today—to achieve their goals. As a DJ, he has played at nearly every Hungarian festival and has performed in clubs across neighboring countries multiple times. In recent years, he has been active in Andalusia.

In the 2010s, at the hugely successful Croatian Outlook Festival, he helped launch two Bladerunnaz boat parties for drum and bass lovers, featuring acts like Goldie, Lenzman, Skeptical, Icicle, and Ant TC1. They have also been present at major Hungarian festivals with their own stages. Last year, during their anniversary celebrations, they put the cherry on top with a massive event at Budapest Park, hosting over 4,000 people with Sub Focus and Dimension headlining.

Without a doubt, one of the pillars of the Hungarian DnB scene will be in the Rádio X studio this February, where he will be asked about what initially inspired him to launch the Statik project!
