Our next guest chef, Marci Végh, takes us to the Far East.
Marci's years at the SALT restaurant have greatly influenced his approach and shaped his creativity. From there, he took over as one of the chefs at Pingrumba, where you can still find his Middle Eastern cuisine.
Far Eastern cuisine has always been close to his heart too, so it's with great enthusiasm that he jumps over to join us for a day with Dusan and his menu.
