Our jazz/fusion/electro band, Lawn Dogs, was formed in the summer of 2018.
Since then, we’ve performed extensively in Hungary and abroad (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Serbia, Croatia), at various festivals and clubs.
We’ve also taken part in several competitions, achieving the following results:
2024: Nové Tváre Slovenského Jazzu (Slovak national jazz competition)
• Award for Convincing Collective Performance
• Award for Original Compositions
2023: Nové Tváre Slovenského Jazzu – Special Prize
2023: NMI Petőfi 200 – 2nd Place
2023: Hashtag KN – 1st Place

In our music, we strive for honesty and freedom.
Drawing inspiration from many sources, we aim to distill our own essence from them.
Through reimagining existing sounds and influences, we seek to create something unique and valuable.
