Schedule
A classic concert in the heart of the city centre, where Sunday lunch now comes with music as well. Music is not just for concert halls - as the Lunchtime concert series, which will be held every Sunday from June 2025 at the HILDA restaurant in Budapest, is set to prove. In collaboration with the HILDA restaurant, students of the Arts Communication and Music Institute at ELTE University will launch a series of events that will bring the magic of classical music to the audience in a new form - this time over a light lunch.
One of the aims of the Lunchtime Concerts is to create a little island of music in the hustle and bustle of the city, where listeners - whether tourists, students or seniors - can relax with a delicious lunch and enjoy a quality musical experience. Every dish on the elegant yet friendly HILDA menu tells a story - and from June, every Sunday a melody
too. All the performers in the concert series are bringing their own musical worlds to enrich your Sunday lunch. On 22 June, you can hear accordionist Tamás Kéméndi.
Lunchtime concerts are free of charge, but reservations are required on the HILDA website. The concerts start at 13:30 every Sunday in summer.
