Schedule
In 2022, a new chapter opened in the musical life of Saïd Tichiti:
continues the journey he started more than two decades ago under a new name, with a new sound and new collaborators.
In his latest project, ancient gnawa, shaâbi and Hassan songs meet Western genres such as dub, funk and psychedelic rock. By evoking the aesthetics of these modern genres and leaving room for improvisation and experimentation, he pushes the ancient desert traditions to new horizons.
Said was born in the south of Morocco to a Berber mother and a black African father. He arrived in Hungary in 1998, where he founded his band Chalaban with local musicians 1 year later. Chalaban's music organically blends Afro-Arab and Central European musical influences and instrumentation.
During their 20 years of existence, they have released 6 albums, played numerous concerts in Hungary, Europe and Morocco, and have done a great deal to promote the different Moroccan musical genres in Hungary and Central Europe. And to crown the period, they completed a highly successful month-long tour of North America, visiting major cities from New York and Los Angeles, through Chicago, Montreal and San Francisco to New Orleans.

Newen Afrobeat is a Chilean band, a pioneer of the Afrobeat genre in Chile and one of the current references of this musical style, which was developed in Nigeria in the late 60s by Fela Kuti and Tony Allen. With 15 years of experience, they have made their way in the world music, jazz and global Afrobeat music scene. The Chilean band has released 5 studio albums, including their original LP and the emblematic "Newen Plays Fela" EP, which reinterprets some of Fela Kuti's classics such as the "Newen Plays Fela" EP, which features the "Newen Plays Fela" EP. Newen Afrobeat has even earned the respect of Afrobeat pioneers by working with legends of the genre, including Fela Kuti's popular "Opposite People" (the world's most viewed Afrobeat video on YouTube with 14 million views), such as Tony Allen, Femi Kuti, Cheick Tidiane Seck, Seun Kuti, Oghene Kologbo and Dele Sosimi, to name but a few, who have supported and praised Newen Afrobeat's approach for its freshness and uniqueness.

Budapest
The best things to do in Budapest! Several medieval bridges connect the 2 sides of the city that give it its name: Buda and Pest. Cruising along the Danube is a great way to see Budapest in all its glory.
