The Underṭakers are a special, one-off Undertaking tribute band, featuring two members of the original band, drummer Imre Esztári and bassist Viktor Jakab. The identities of the other members will remain a surprise for now.
The reason for the formation of the band is that no Undertaking songs have been played live since 1989, and we are curious to hear how they would sound in 2025, as well as (but mostly) to bring together those who used to go to the Thrash Mosh Club back then for a worthy reunion. Of course, we also welcome those who did not frequent the club and younger generations who are interested in the event.
Atomic was the guest band at the very first TMC. The band, which has been very active again for years, is preparing a special show for this evening. The songs and song excerpts performed in '88 will once again be a big hit! We are also expecting the original lineup on stage! Cááápaaa!!!
The complete classic 1992 Slogan lineup will play original Slogan songs, as well as a few songs with the newer members, at a “retired” pace... ☺
The TMC host, in keeping with the traditions of more than 35 years ago, will be Somogyi “Manitou” Péte.
