LAYRA is the debut solo project of singer-songwriter Eszter Tóth, weaving together elements of folk and world music to create a unique and captivating soundscape. Her music blends feminine primal energy, intimate storytelling, the raw emotion of traditional folk songs, and the natural flow of her own lyrics in a harmonious and compelling way.

Eszter plays a variety of instruments, including the zither, guitar, octave mandolin, frame drum, and banjo. In recent years, she has been an active member of the all-female a cappella group Napfonat, the band Lanou, and the Noémo project, while also performing regularly as a solo artist.
Since 2024, LAYRA has been performing as a live act duo with guitarist-bassist Dávid Öllős.
