The band l| parallel lifeforms l| consists of Balázs Bank, percussionist/producer (in addition to his musical activities, he is a researcher of music signal processing and holds a doctorate from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences), and Viola Okos, violinist/singer (singer/songwriter, formerly of Ethnofil/OddID, currently a member of the Makám Quartet and Fuvalom). In their music, which invites listeners on a deep journey, the repetitive, polyrhythmic layers of analog and digital synthesizers are counterpointed by improvised string and vocal parts, reflecting the interaction between the constant and the changing.
