Doramajora - CSIGAHÁZBÓL Pre-release album listening session + discussion

The symbol of the snail shell represents fragility, home, and courage—the moment when we dare to transform our darkest fears into desires and thereby accept ourselves before the world. The songs on the album ask questions that bring us closer to ourselves: Where is my home? What drives me, and what do I let go of? How can I connect gently yet honestly?

I'm not revealing the titles yet, but I will reveal the topics we touch on:

The creation of the album @majordorci was my rebirth as Doramajor, and even though it is a solo album, it was a great collaborative creative process: my loved ones – my partner, siblings, and friends – all contributed in different ways to the creation of the songs, so the album also carries the energy of connection and inspiration.

Musically, Csigaház moves between organic and electronic pop, weaving world music motifs into modern beats. Cinematic textures, emotional rhythms, and unexpected, natural elements weave together to create a space that simultaneously embraces fragility, shadow, and light.

I don't want to present my first album with a concert in the classic sense, because this album and my first songs, written over a period of almost two years, have also highlighted how much I used to pay attention to the outside world. I wanted to get internal acceptance from external impulses, based on what others thought of how I appeared on stage. And when that didn't work, I wanted to magically solve this internal frustration by changing my external environment. Instead, I want to connect through conversation and raise the questions in the songs:

so CSIGAHÁZBÓL is also a deeper invitation: to embrace the child within us, to face ourselves, and to find our own home—within ourselves and in each other.
