Common Treasure is an event series built on hands-on knowledge sharing, in the spirit of accessible education, open artistic research, and cultural diversity. We learn from one another; we teach one another. It creates space for the practice of our collective knowledge to become part of district-level community collaboration.

NOVEMBER TOPIC: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The emergence of AI presents us with an exciting yet unfamiliar challenge. But what do we do with this big mouthful? How do AI servers work? Am I using it—or is it using me?

We’re living in a time when our technological habits can reshape our ideas about learning, knowledge, privacy, and even security. But what social consequences will the constant growth of AI bring? How does AI disguise itself, and how does this affect our personal lives? How can we consciously shape our relationship with AI and learn to live alongside it?

We see discussing the questions surrounding artificial intelligence in a community as an essential step toward social development and self-reflection.

Come think, play, and debate with us!

Knowledge sharers:

Markó Molnár – mentor-teacher at Budapest School

György Ronkay – language teacher, Erasmus+ teacher trainer

We meet on the last Friday of every month at STEREO Workshop, 6:00–9:00 PM!

The program takes place during the 2025/2026 theatre season with the support of the National Cultural Fund of Hungary.

STEREO Workshop

STEREO Workshop is a new cultural hub and community space in Budapest’s vibrant and diverse 8th District. The Workshop is a socially engaged, community-focused, contemporary cultural center.

It’s an incubation house and meeting space, with a rehearsal hall and co-working office for all those who need a welcoming and inspiring environment for their artistic, creative or community work.

The Workshop will primarily host performing arts creative processes, but we aim to provide a home for any project with a focus on contemporary culture and community.
