New program series launches - Farm2Fork ingredient knowledge
With the arrival of the fall season, we are launching a new educational event series with Zsófi Mautner, focusing on the variety and diversity of domestic produce. The producers of the ingredients will also be joining us.

Schedule
At the event, you will have the opportunity to taste different varieties, as we are preparing many varieties for the event. In addition, during the moderated discussion, the producers will talk personally about their work and the different varieties. In addition, chefs and pastry chefs (Csaba Sajben - Marumba, Virág Bársony - Vaj, Fanni Varga - Kollázs, Csenge Dusha) will give presentations on the use of cabbage and pumpkin.
As part of the program, tasting bites will be prepared from the given ingredients, so everyone can sample the ingredients in a variety of forms.
