In the December sessions of the Recolor It! workshop, we invite children on a wonderful winter journey through some of the most unique works of Hungarian art. In our imagination, we will visit the icy, snowy landscapes of paintings as well as warm, joyful homes, and everywhere we will listen to a magical story.

Schedule
During the sessions, we prepare not only for winter but also for the holidays: we will meet Saint Nicholas, Mary, and the infant Jesus. After games and discussion in the exhibition spaces, the children will create their own works in the studio, inspired by the winter tales.
Children participate independently, without accompanying adults. After the program, they will be escorted back to the information desk in a group between 17:30 and 17:40.

The Creative Workshop announces a new theme each month, with a different program every time. The sessions do not build on one another, so children may join any session freely.

Hungarian National Gallery
The Hungarian National Gallery is the largest public collection documenting and presenting fine art in Hungary.
