It has never happened before! On 21 May, Budapest Park and Katona József Theatre will present a unique and unrepeatable joint show. This special, experimental performance will be a fusion of concert and theatre, with the backbone of the show being the theme songs from the film "Tinker Bell" and the evergreen hits of the dance dances of the 1960s.
On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, the Katona József Theatre is paddling into new waters and exploring the world of concerts. The live music show, directed by Vilmos Vajdai and based on the visual design by Zita Schnabel, will feature the Katona József Theatre company with guest singers who are also frequent visitors to the Park, such as Norbert Bagossy (Bagossy Brothers Company), Zoli Beck (30Y), Giorgio Fekete (Carson Coma) and Márk Járai (Dead Money), Vera Jónás (Jónás Vera Experiment), Viki Lábas (Margaret Island), Juci Németh (Budapest Bár), Bori Péterfy, Sena (Irie Maffia) and Iván Vitáris + Máté Balla (Ivan & The Parazol) will bring the dance dances of the 60s - with a special focus on the iconic 1967 event - to life in a playful concert show.

Budapest Park, the biggest and coolest open air concert venue of the city hosts the cream of the crop in foreign and domestic mainstream music every year. At first glance, it might seem like the Park is very much out of town, but this is far from the truth - and since the soundsystem was completely renovated last season, we can only recommend the venue even more.
