A strange album with a strange fate.
As the voices in guitarist-singer-songwriter Robi Bérczesi's head once remarked to him:
"It's not that in a hundred years' time more people will be listening to hypercarma than today, Robi, no, that's not the case. We're just telling you that in a hundred years' time, the only music of this era that will be remembered will be hypercarma."
And this statement applies mostly to the AMONDÓ album.
On 1 June 2023, the band will celebrate the 20th anniversary of its Black Baroness album with a gigantic super-concert in Budapest Park, playing all the classics alongside the title track.
Budapest Park
Budapest Park, the biggest and coolest open air concert venue of the city hosts the cream of the crop in foreign and domestic mainstream music every year. At first glance, it might seem like the Park is very much out of town, but this is far from the truth - and since the soundsystem was completely renovated last season, we can only recommend the venue even more.
