Soviet Monday is a Budapest-based "bedroom post-punk" band formed in 2021. Their music is characterized by post-Soviet aesthetics, dark humor, and the atmosphere of life on the Central European semi-periphery. By their own definition, their style is Eastern European, drum-machine-driven post-punk, which they sometimes refer to as “concrete organ.”
