Juli Fábián was a great influence on Hungarian jazz and pop music. The singer sang in many genres and formations, and her unique alto voice and unique vocal technique quickly made her an icon in the music scene. The singer performed on the stage of Budapest Park several times during her life, which is why we consider it important to preserve her memory. To mark the 5th anniversary of her death, on 16 December we will rename the part of the park in front of us Fábián Juli Square, and on 9 July we will also hold a Street Ball in Budapest Park to mark her birthday. 🤍
Budapest Park
Budapest Park, the biggest and coolest open air concert venue of the city hosts the cream of the crop in foreign and domestic mainstream music every year. At first glance, it might seem like the Park is very much out of town, but this is far from the truth - and since the soundsystem was completely renovated last season, we can only recommend the venue even more.
