To make up for last year, we're closing the summer with another Modular Picnic - the last time this year with this traditional line-up - featuring three concerts with modular synthesizers on the Vibee sound system on a cargo bike, on another Sunday. Banyek, Bylant and iamyank will once again be giving unique performances and, as usual, you'll be able to win prizes from them and the Vibee team.
Electronic music is often thought of as a cold, mechanical art. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but now, with musicians and instruments unfolding in nature, we can explore more of the more organic, nature-resonating nuances of this genre together.
After the live acts, the Vibee Dj team of Constant and Dtr will play some of their appropriate music.
Shipyard Island (Óbuda Island)
Óbudai Island, also known as Hajógyári Island, is an island in the Danube in the administrative district of Budapest III. Óbudaisziget is also a part of the city of Budapest. It is a popular place for excursions, but it is not because of this that it has become better known, but because of the Sziget Festival, which has been held here every year since 1993.
