One of the most extraordinary Hungarian alternative bands of the last ten years is breaking up. The slightly Dadaist-influenced Ricsárdgír have gone through a huge growth spurt, and perhaps not entirely independently of this, they thought that enough was enough. This year's Kill The Koala is the perfect swan song for the band, and it's almost guaranteed to end the year among the best releases of the year.
So now at Budapest Park is the last chance to shout after Palvin Barbi, play with lightsabers, pet a koala and the like, and if this is indeed the end, have a good cry at the end.

Budapest Park, the biggest and coolest open air concert venue of the city hosts the cream of the crop in foreign and domestic mainstream music every year. At first glance, it might seem like the Park is very much out of town, but this is far from the truth - and since the soundsystem was completely renovated last season, we can only recommend the venue even more.
