The SÍN Arts Centre launched its KRAFT programme in 2021 with the aim of:

o To transfer and share knowledge about the production tasks, financial planning, communication, distribution and marketing that accompany artistic work

o Supporting artists' individual career development with information, good practices and contextual knowledge

o Strengthening professional relationships

o Creating a safe, professional space in which to share difficulties and stumbling blocks, to seek advice, to learn together - learning from each other, from more experienced creators and arts managers

o Strengthening the intergenerational dialogue, both in terms of programme design and workshop content

-FRESH FABRIK / INTERNATIONAL FUNDRAISING WORKSHOP

from what? / why? / how?

Have you been unable to carry out your project for a long time because you can't find enough funds? Or if you do, can't you fit it into the current expected narrative?

During the workshop, we will present funding opportunities that are unknown to many and largely untapped. These include international funding opportunities such as Creative Europe and Erasmus+ programmes, where the participation of Hungarian organisations and creators is significantly under-represented in the domestic arts scene. These frameworks offer the possibility to fund fair wages over a period of up to 2-4 years, but their preparation requires specific knowledge.

This is the knowledge we will try to impart during the workshop.

The workshop will be led by Fanni Solymár and Kati Gordos

The language of the workshop is Hungarian.

ⓘParticipation in the workshop is free of charge, but registration is required.
