VÁJN #02 - Sziegl Pince & Faber Artisan Cheese
This year's first VÁJN will feature natural wines from the organic Sziegl Cellar in Hajós-Baja, presented by the winemakers themselves, Balázs and Petra. Alongside the delicious wines, we will also bring you unique and unrepeatable cheeses courtesy of Faber Artisan Cheese - presented by the father of cheese, Steve.

The Sziegls are preparing the following items:

⚬ Olaszrizling 2020
⚬ Kövidinka orange wine 2020
⚬ Bubis Kékfrankos 2021
⚬ Zweigelt 2021
⚬ Kékfrankos Hársfás-út 2018
On the cheese front, you can expect mainly soft and fresh cheeses:
⚬ white mouldy (camembert, chaource, tomme)
⚬ kneaded cheeses (scamorza, string, caciotta)
⚬ mixed coagulated, dry-aged (chaource)
⚬ ricotta
⚬ soft, creamy matured (John Gold)
We're still not one for fussing and we want you to feel comfortable and at home, so we're planning a more informal evening: we'll be waiting for you from 6pm, but you can join us until 8pm.
No starter or target shooting.
Date: 03/03/2023 (Friday) from 18:00 until closing (22:00).
Price of the borscht: 9000 Ft.
Cheese line price: 5500 Ft
The cheese and the wine can be bought separately.

Registrations will be confirmed by email, and you can pay for the wines and cheeses at the cash desk on arrival by cash or credit card.
We will also be preparing a variety of snacks for the event, and of course the usual VAJ offerings will be available. We will be open until 22:00.
