The Napkutya band was founded by musicians from different genres, who have already appeared in other formations on the biggest stages in Hungary. Their aim was to create a new band with a dynamic, open-minded spirit, which the band describes as BuddhaPopPunk.
After its formation, Napkutya quickly toured the country's most prominent stages. During its active period between 2012 and 2015, it played almost every festival in the country and then disbanded in 2015, but recently it has reinvented itself and is once again taking to the stages of the world.
