In a society that is almost exclusively oriented towards technology, ECHT! forges a different path, one that is instead mechanical rather than human. At the heart of their creative process, made of real skin and bones, are influences of electronic and hip-hop music bursting forth through their expert playing on real instruments.

Based in Brussels, the quartet puts their jazz training at the service of a wide range of musical influences, from the steam of the "Stones Throw" constellation (J Dilla, Jonwayne, Madlib) to the sound of the "20/20" galaxy (Ivy Lab) , Skilful).
ECHT! is known for its explosive live performances. Inspired by the DJ set format, the band moves beat by beat, exploring transitions and detours, building a non-stop ascent.
Location
A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
