The project was created for the 150th anniversary of the unification of Budapest, under the auspices of Budapest Brand - you've probably seen the colourful "end result" at the City Hall Passage before.
The world-famous covers, modelled on The New Yorker magazine, feature memorable events in the history of Budapest (and Hungary), brought to life by excellent Hungarian illustrators. We have many, many favourites from the November opening, and we would love to decorate our bedroom walls with these drawings if we could.
Now we're going behind the scenes at the Telep Gallery to ask our invited guests about the project. Who will be with us:
- Tibor Kárpáti - illustrator
- Zsolt Zimmermann - art director
- Zárpárti Zsolt Jordi Zsolt Zoltán - photographer
- Enikő Eged - graphic designer, illustrator
