Corsica is home to Europe's most difficult marked mountain hiking trail, the GR20, 180 km of scrambling between cliffs, 12,000 m of ascent and the same amount of descent through the ridges and rocky deserts of this island in the middle of the Mediterranean. Is it really as hard as they say?

Two long-distance hikers, Viktor Kércz and Ákos Makra, walked the route to find out. Viktor made a documentary film about the trip, while Ákos captured it in photographs.
