A badfocus név mögött Prokop Korb prágai producer, zeneszerző és multiinstrumentalista áll, aki olyan művészek lemezeit is producerként jegyzi, mint Amelie Siba, Totally Nothin, teepee, Karolína Beranová és TEZA, valamint Jiří Burian és Jan P. Muchow közreműködésével több film és sorozat zenéjét is Ő készítette.
Lézerek és stroboszkópok, lüktető analóg szintetizátorok, transzcendentális ütemek és dallamok: ezzel az élő show-val badfocus meditációra és tombolásra invitál.
Az elektronika és a zongora organikus hangzásának ötvözésével egy teljesen egyedi, a műfaji konvencióktól és a hagyományos gyakorlatoktól mentes világot teremt.
Szerzeményei sikert arattak a Radio 1, a Radio Wave, az Expres FM és a pozsonyi Rádio FM műsoraiban, valamint számos szerkesztőségi Spotify lejátszási listán.
2023-ban a HEMI Music Awards győztese volt és jelölték a Radio Wave Czeching nevű exportprojektjére.
OIEE
Kocsis Bence, azaz OIEE tovább halad a soul-infúziós elektronikus popzene ösvényén: második nagylemeze, a Two Sides egy tempós, kitárulkozó, feszkókat elengedős tavaszi történet.
Hogy magyar zene is szólhat határokon átívelően anélkül, hogy erőlködne, azt Kocsis Bence 2019 óta igazolja OIEE néven.
Friss nagylemezén a soullal injekciózás maradt, elektronikából és saját éneklésből viszont annál több lett: a Two Sides egy fesztelen, felszabadító tavaszi történet, amire mindannyiunknak szüksége lehet ezekben az időkben.

The man behind the name badfocus is Prokop Korb, a Prague-based producer, composer and multi-instrumentalist, who has also produced recordings by artists such as Amelie Siba, Totally Nothin, teepee, Karolína Beranová and TEZA, and has co-produced music for several films and series in collaboration with Jiří Burian and Jan P. Muchow.
Lasers and strobes, pulsating analogue synths, transcendental beats and melodies: with this live show, badfocus invites you to meditate and rave.
By combining electronics with the organic sound of the piano, he creates a completely unique world, free from genre conventions and traditional practices.
Despite its young age, badfocus has accomplished a lot.
Since founding the project in spring 2020, he has released an EP entitled ep1, a debut wallflower, the ambient EP emerged, vol. I and vol. II., the soundtrack to the debut dance film Laterna magika of the National Theatre titled New Normal, several remixes, and his latest album meditating while raving, released under his home label Supraphon. His compositions have found success on Radio 1, Radio Wave, Expres FM and Bratislava's Rádio FM as well as in a number of editorial Spotify playlists.
In 2023, he was the winner of the HEMI Music Awards, which focuses on helping develop careers abroad, and was nominated for the Radio Wave's export project called Czeching.
