“A Thousand and One Swallows” is a collaboration between Iván Tamás’s drawings and Orsolya Fenyvesi’s texts.
“I observe these strange reflections—from both an aesthetic and a personal perspective, it doesn’t matter what is real. Everything we see in our dreams, we must also see in a different form in reality. I see on paper the poems in my dreams. They can be read from the mouths of nocturnal predators.”
The exhibition features selected excerpts from Orsolya Fenyvesi’s volume *The Spectacle / Commentaries on Unwritten Poems*.
Pikszis Culture Point
At Pikszis we collect, consume and display all kinds of art. We have created a multi-functional, cultural community space where everyone is welcome, regardless of their prior level or connection to the arts. Our aim is to make it easier for everyone to explore different art forms by bringing together visual arts, music and more in one institution. Pikszis currently consists of a gallery, a café, a record shop, a vintage store and rooms for different workshops and events. We also have an in-house art school, the Pikszis Analogue Circle, which takes a slightly different approach to teaching people how to create.
