NASA has launched another public lunar mission, opening up new opportunities for the crew to continue the research that has been ongoing for 54 years. Part of the mission, launched on April 1, involves bringing scientific and recreational equipment and supplies back to Earth, as well as preparations for the reactivation of the lunar base. The equipment and supplies obtained in this way will be presented to the Earth-bound audience on April 17 at the Blue Horse, in conjunction with a dance event.

Background:

In 1972, as part of the “Moonbase” program, NASA sent two young astronaut-DJs to the Moon. Their mission consisted of two parts: establishing contact with extraterrestrial beings and experimenting with psychedelics in space.

As the music of Ast/Ron and Kozmo D attracted more and more aliens to the Moonbase, our heroes converted the base’s Intercosmic Transmission Module (ITM) into a dance club. This module had previously been used by DJ-researchers to broadcast dance music into outer space via radio signals, thereby establishing contact with alien life forms.

From then on, even more visitors arrived on the Moon regularly from across the Galaxy; often spending weeks on the dance floor that covered every corner of the rooms.

Following a 45-year top-secret mission, Ast/Ron and Kozmo D returned to the planet to show Earthlings how a free-spirited interplanetary entity parties.
