On July 10, one of the most influential bands in the history of Hungarian alternative music, Európa Kiadó, takes the stage at Bánya Kert.
For more than four decades, the band, centered around Jenő Menyhárt, has been a defining force in Hungary's underground music scene. The story of Európa Kiadó has always been one of reinvention, independence, and staying true to its own path. Their songs have shaped generations while the band has consistently preserved its distinctive sound and unmistakable spirit.
The evening opens with Brumiko, a young singer-songwriter whose music combines acoustic instruments, electronics, and deeply lyrical songwriting with remarkable sensitivity. Their intimate yet powerful songs provide the perfect introduction to the night's main performance.
