❓ Why does sexual desire so often fade — even when we still love our partner?
❓ Why do we struggle to understand each other in the bedroom?
❓ How can sex become something we genuinely long for?
❓ How can we connect when we don’t immediately understand one another?
🌶️ Sexuality is a constantly evolving and sensitive system influenced by every aspect of our lives. In the greyness of everyday routines, spontaneous desire often fades, and while rushing through endless to-do lists, it can even disappear completely. Instead of treating this as a problem or failure, it may be worth exploring what it reveals about the connection between us — and about how we ourselves relate to our own sexuality.
This talk explores what happens within us when access to pleasure becomes restricted, and how that connection can be reopened. We will look at the differences between male and female sexual functioning, various sexual types, and why each of us desires something different in intimacy. Topics will include what people seek in sexual connection, what ignites desire, and how differing needs can be harmonized within a relationship.
Living in an overstimulated and constantly accelerating world, the experience of genuine pleasure is often pushed into the background. Yet pleasure is not a luxury — it is a fundamental resource and one of the keys to resilience. Relationships and intimacy can become spaces where this resource becomes accessible again and again.
This lecture aims to offer guidance on how we can move from disconnection toward curiosity, relearning, and experimentation. Because desire is not only something that can be restored — it can also be relearned and experienced on a deeper, higher-quality level.
👩🏫 Gazdóf Réka is a sex psychologist, art therapist, and schema consultant who has been working in individual counseling for more than ten years. Her work focuses particularly on decreased libido, painful sex, and intimacy-related difficulties. She believes that honest conversations about sexuality, combined with the right knowledge, can be both liberating and genuinely transformative in relationships.

Our bistro was born with the belief that plant-based cuisine can be super exciting. Working in partnership with the Domovoj Project team, the Bistro tries to take inspiration from different technologies and climates of the world to incorporate them into the flavours, textures and colours of our dishes. Furthermore, seasonal ingredients and local suppliers are carefully selected to ensure a more conscious and sustainable cuisine.
We use a number of labour- and attention-intensive processes that are rarely used in a restaurant setting: alongside our homemade ferments, we add our own intense, crispy lyophilized specialties to enhance the flavour of our dishes.
We work with a diverse range of drinks in-house, with plenty of specialities to choose from, in addition to our seasonal offerings, from African gins to Indian rums and Japanese whiskies.
You'll be welcomed in the bright, rustic spaces of our cultural venue, whether you're discovering the possibilities of Bistro with a small or large crew.
