Singer-guitarist Dina Sárközi returns to the House of Music to present her debut album, SHARED, on the Szabadéri stage. Dina Sárközi’s warm, velvety voice combines lyrical delicacy with dramatic power, creating an intimate space where poetry and music converge—a space where she plays with the music of language, and where every song is both a personal confession and a universal human experience. Her artistic vision is shaped by a wide range of influences, from personal, singer-songwriter-style pop-folk to jazz, world music, and indie rock. She blends these diverse musical languages with natural ease into her own, instantly recognizable sound. For Dina, music is a shared journey of play and exploration—a creative space where improvisation and listening to one another are fundamental. Her debut album is being produced with support from the National Cultural Fund. The central theme of the album is the famous quote by Christopher McCandless, known from the book and film *Into the Wild*, based on a true story: “Happiness is only real when shared.” The songs on the album explore this question from the perspectives of both the giver and the receiver, focusing on fragile human relationships and sincere vulnerability. In keeping with the theme, the album features Dina’s sextet.
