Salvatore, who lost his father in the war, is passionate about movies. Whenever he can, he spends all his time at the cinema. The tiny Cinema Paradiso is his home, and the movies are his parents. The screening room and the projection booth are the most important places of his adolescence, where he has formative experiences. The boy, who is always bustling about there, forms a special friendship with the cheerful middle-aged projectionist, Alfredo, who offers him advice on love and the big questions of life. Salvatore works as an apprentice at Cinema Paradiso until that sad day when a fire destroys the theater.

Tickets are not assigned to specific seats; seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open approximately 5 minutes before the screening.
Tickets are available:
1) On-site on weekdays from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM,
and on weekends from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
