FREE TO PLAY! 2024 // SINGER TAMÁS JOÓS: THE TALE OF KING VIOLIN AND QUEEN HANGA

2024-07-09T15:00:00.000Z

The story was written by Ilona Szász especially for the performer Tamás Joós, and the main aim of the interactive game is to introduce five folk instruments and to make them playable for children. In Pentatonia, the realm of sounds, everyone makes music and even dances! The five regions of the country that Hangvilla tours are: the land of the Nyenyerék (reel lute players), the Bandura (pipers), the Tilinka (flute players), the Tambura (tambourine players) and the Chuvava (rainstick players).

For decades, Tamás Joós has been performing his songs and tales all over the country, performing in cultural centres, libraries, kindergartens and schools for enthusiastic children. His shows include folk tales, folk songs, poems and children's songs. In 2004 and 2007 he released children's albums with his favourite poetic poems set to music.
