Second workshop by LÓKI ESZTER brings relaxation into being through the polivagal and mindfulness, and bodies get in focus with yoga by SZISZI JÓGA.

Kamaraerdei Youth Park
Kamaraerdei Youth Park is located on the outskirts of the 11th district of Budapest. The park is a day camp in the summer and a school and kindergarten from autumn to summer.
