Messessippi has toured with György Ferenczi and the 1st Pesti Rackak as support act. In 2016, the band won a special award of the Szimpla Lemming programme.
The band has given many concerts at events and festivals in Hungary and abroad. The band released its first album as a duo (Voodoo Papa) in 2018 under the title Remete.
