Roller blind factory, glove manufactory, car repair shop – that’s what used to stand where Turbina is now. What about the future? We hope that Turbina will stay right here for many more rounds of four years.

It’s the diversity-seeking spirit, the volcano of curiosity that keeps erupting, that turns the blades of this house – and we trust it will never run dry. On the contrary, it will keep sparking self-propelling processes through which we, too, can give something back to Budapest’s underground culture – since we’ve received so much from it ourselves. Action, reaction. And now: celebration, because there’s every reason! Back-alley-bold rappers, calf-friendly DJs, postpunk and modular synths take turns until morning – and that’s not even to mention the workshops and the UFO exhibition, but we will! See you there.
