đŹđ§The Chinese community in Budapest invites you to join us in the celebration of Chinese New Year of the Horse, in Budapest's Chinatown, on 7-8 february 2026.
đHighlights of the 2026 edition
đThree Chinese cultural delegations to visit Budapest, bringing many new entertainment and handicraft programs.
đTwo professional chefs arriving from the city of Chengdu to cook authentic Sichuan street foods for the Festival guests, including Sichuan-style noodle, chicken, mochi, and sweet soup.
đFire-spitting, "kungfu"long spout teapot, and other new folk entertainments to be shown for the first time ever in Hungary.
đ26 new hanfu outfits for the guests to cosplay for free.

đ«Free admission. But tea tasting and some DIY programs charge basic fees for the tea cup and materials. Please pay attention to the price banners on the site.
đ Free parking in the big parking lot next to the venue, specially reserved for the event guests. Guests can get access into the courtyard directly from the parking lot. For GPS navigation please use the entrance address "Monori u. 5".
