Based in Munich’s trendy Glockenbachviertel and run by Austrian duo Markus Hirschler and Stefan Grabler, Waltz is known for its modern take on classic Central European cuisine. Think comforting Alpine flavours, seasonal ingredients, high energy, and a playful spin on the classics.
And because they take wine very seriously: alongside the special menu, the guys are bringing a few special bottles you won’t find anywhere else, available only on these two nights.
