Janet Gruber Live

FancyGhettoJam X 6363, Ótvar Pestis, Smoky, Motta Still

ZIP band

------------------------------------

One of the quirks of female MCs is that they adopt masculine poses in an attempt to assert themselves in a male-dominated world. Which often makes me smile.

Janet Gruber's effortless, easy-going style is captivating, sophisticated yet sassy, every minute of it intriguing, entertaining but never raunchy, funny but never trash.

A self-identified, confident woman, a professional singer and a bombastic rapper. We love her!

------------------------------------

Fancy Ghetto Jams always have surprises in store, anything can happen here and more!

First of all, Smokey will be the funniest!

6363, Ótvar Pestis, Füstös, Motta Still rapqaurtett, from classic to trap, at a relentless pace, with crazy momentum, turns up the tempo and with it the heat in the belly of the ship.

Unconscious rhythmic technique, wild beats, accompanied by improvisational instrumental playing.

Drums by Ádám Klausz

Bass: Tomi Heilig

Guitar: Papp Mukunda

Sampler/Recorder: ONE-AB

------------------------------------

Zip is a band many of us know, under the interplay of boom bap and jazzy themes, Layerson's virtuosic rhymes give new meaning to sophisticated yet underground fun. Pure rap! And as usual, he's not coming alone, so there'll be no shortage of jams!

B2B Djs: ONE-AB, Györemix!

WarmUp: BenC

Location

A38 Ship

Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
