◉ We’re getting ready for a truly special RIGHT TIME night at Gólya: this time, our full four-member resident crew takes over the DJ booth with 90-minute sets, built around a clearly defined concept. On May 8, for the first time in the history of the event-series, each DJ will focus on a specific, well-defined era from over 35 years of UK hardcore, jungle and drum&bass.

Until now, our sets have typically moved in a circular flow, with tracks from different eras constantly blending into one another; this time, however, we’re diving deeper into distinct periods. It’s an exciting experiment for us, and one that promises a different kind of listening and dancing experience. That said, the night won’t follow a linear timeline - the eras will intentionally intertwine, with the energy shifting and evolving in unexpected ways. We’ll be jumping not only across the dancefloor, but through time as well. 🙂

Throughout the night, Benc will focus on the acid, bleep and breakbeat hardcore sounds of 1989-1992, while Aikatherina takes us back to the rich and dynamic hardcore and jungle era of ’94-’97. Panka builds her set from defining drumfunk, jungle and drum&bass releases of the 2000s, while Mentalien brings selections from the past decade-plus of jungle and 160 bpm bass music. Four distinct timeframes, four perspectives - brought together on one dancefloor.

We’re really looking forward to this first full-length, concept-driven RIGHT TIME night, and we hope to explore these eras together with you. Everyone is warmly welcome!
