On September 6, we’ll be hosting a one-of-a-kind event. Gaucho will be joining us as a guest chef, bringing a piece of his own world with him in line with Nyami’s alternative culinary concept.

Gaucho explores the world of yerba mate. By connecting with places, flavors, and people, it seeks ways to present this culture in a slightly different light each time.
Right now, it’s doing so through Syria.
After all, the culture of maté doesn’t end in South America: it has found a home in the Middle East as well, and in Syria, a distinct tradition has developed around it.
We’ll introduce you to the flavors of the Middle East beautifully and thoughtfully, course by course, and at the end, the maté will make its appearance—authentic, served from a gourd, with fresh citrus and mint. And we’ll sit down with you for a drink.

The evening will be held in three sessions, each for ten guests. We’d like to make sure we have time not only to serve the meal but also to enjoy the first round of drinks together with you.
