What do the countryside and the city offer each other, and who bears the burden of this relationship?
A tasting tour and discussion with farmers, researchers, and artists, during which we’ll explore the relationship between city and countryside as a current social and political issue. Together, we’ll reflect on pressing issues and the potential for new alliances through personal stories and flavors: tomatoes from Szentes, floodplain pears from Nagykörű, and the scent of raw wool lanolin.
