Catedral is an ignition for a poetic exercise of collage of sensitivities. Like a stained glass, it intends to accumulate a tremendous amount of tiny pieces of images, subjects, movements and reflect society through the angle of a broken glass. Catedral seeks to be a labyrinthine performative matter, in which the term choreography will be applied to text, to music, to symbols and emotions.
We say goodbye to this year's SUB.LAB.PRO team: their last performance will be directed by the Portuguese choreographer Lander Patrick, known for his performative intelligence and unique sense of humour.
After the performance the Rudolf Lábán Award Ceremony for the best independent contemporary dance performance of 2023, and after that, 4 DJs will provide the beats of season closing of SUB.LAB.PRO at Trafo.
