If you want to spend a truly special day in September, head to Tokaj-Hegyalja! At the Harsányi Dűlőbisztró and Winery's harvest program, nature, wine, and community experiences take center stage for an entire day. We start the morning with grape picking in the vineyards, followed by wine tasting, a cellar tour, local delicacies, and family-friendly experiences. The day ends with the cozy Harvest Ball, held at the Cuvée Event House, where wine and music bring people even closer together.
This experience is the perfect choice if you are looking for a meaningful and informal team-building program, or if you want to discover the taste, aroma, and rhythm of the harvest with your friends. Here, tradition truly meets modern experiences, all in the stunning surroundings of the Tokaj wine region.
The harvest programs and the ball are independent of each other, so you can participate in the daytime programs only, or even just the evening ball. But the full experience will be truly magical if you join us for both!

There is one day in autumn when Tokaj-Hegyalja comes alive – the air is filled with the scent of ripe grapes, the vineyards are bustling with life, and the barrels hold new stories. This year, you can spend this day with us at the Harsányi Winery, where the traditional harvest atmosphere is combined with modern experiences, and the rhythm of nature reconnects us.
The day begins on the hillsides of Tokaj, where visitors can take part in the grape harvest themselves – not only can they try out the work process, but they can also experience what the true origin of wine means: an encounter with the earth and time. This is followed by a guided cellar tour, where you can peek into the depths of the barrels and learn how grapes are transformed into characterful, flavorful Tokaj wine.
Throughout the day, we offer wine tastings and local gastronomic specialties, both from local producers and with flavors typical of the region. The Harsányi Winery also offers a number of experiences for families, making this event an ideal opportunity for couples, groups of friends, and corporate teams alike to relax and unwind.
The highlight of the day-long program is the Harvest Ball, which will be held at the nearby Cuvée Event House. Here, the combination of wine and music creates a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, which is the perfect ending to such a special day. Live music, dancing, Tokaj wines – all in an elegant yet friendly environment.

Our winery is located in the heart of the Tokaj Wine Region, in the world-famous Historic Cultural Landscape. Our vineyards are located on the sunny slopes of Megyer Hill, Ciróka and Kútpadka, as well as on the slopes of Király Hill, where the favourable natural conditions ensure the outstanding quality of our wines. Our traditional Tokaj grape varieties, furmint, yellow-amuskotály and hárslevelű, are brought to life through the care of artisans.
